Hiring for Senior Executive HR and Admin

Location: Sector 6, NoidaRequirement: Minimum 2 Years of experience in HR, Recruitment and AdminWebsite:

The job responsibilities are:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary support
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist in new joiner on-boarding process
  • Assist in recruitment process
  • Performing all admin activities
  • Coordinating for Arrangement of office supplies and ensuring smooth functioning of office
  • To coordinate with Vendors
  • To Assist in employee engagement activities
  • Sending emails for birthday wishes to employees
  • Coordinating for office opening and closure
