Accounts (Client Division)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager Accounts to join our Clients Division. This role involves managing financial accounts for our diverse clientele, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Education: Qualified CA or Master's Accounting or commerce
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the financial accounts and records of clients within the Clients Division.
- Lead a team of accountants and financial professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for clients, optimizing financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Review and reconcile accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Provide financial advisory and strategic planning services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and industry best practices.
- Assist in business development efforts to grow the Clients Division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CA) or master’s in commerce is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally, ZOHO, SAP etc and financial management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality financial services.
- Ethical conduct and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to provide financial guidance and recommendations.
