Responsibilities
- Provide expert advisory services to clients on GST compliance, planning, and optimization.
- Review and prepare GST returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GST laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough GST audits and assessments to identify potential issues and risks.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tax-efficient GST strategies and solutions.
- Stay current with changes in GST laws and regulations and communicate their impact to clients.
- Handle GST registration and filing requirements for clients.
- Assist clients in responding to GST queries, notices, and audits from tax authorities.
- Prepare and submit GST-related reports and documents to government authorities.
- Conduct research on complex GST issues and provide recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional GST services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in GST compliance and planning.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Goods and Service Tax (GST) compliance, planning, and advisory.
- In-depth knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using GST-website and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
- Ethical conduct and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
