Responsibilities
- Provide tax advisory services to clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Prepare and review income tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and prepare tax planning strategies.
- Assist clients with tax audits, assessments, and appeals before tax authorities.
- Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate potential impacts to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tax-efficient strategies to optimize their financial position.
- Provide guidance on tax compliance, deductions, credits, and incentives.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit tax-related reports and documents to Tax authorities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional tax services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in taxation.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in income tax, tax planning, and compliance.
- Thorough knowledge of income tax laws, regulations, and codes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using tax-related software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in tax calculations.
- Ethical conduct and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
