Senior Associate
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Statutory Auditor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality audit services to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities

Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.

Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling HR-related information.

Assist in administering employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.

Process payroll and manage leave and attendance records.

Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies.

Assist in conducting performance evaluations and employee engagement surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Coordinate and organize employee events, Reward & Recognition, workshops, and training sessions.

Assist in HR policy development and updates, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Support in HR reporting and data analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
Requirements

Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in human resources is preferred.

Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices.

Proficient in using HR software and tools for record-keeping and reporting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ethical conduct and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.
