With an extensive experience, she leads various functions within the firm, including taxation, international tax, transfer pricing, UK & US tax, tax assurance, and tax representation and litigation.
Richa is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. She has also obtained certificates of competency in Personal Taxation and VAT from the Association of Tax Technicians United Kingdom (ATT-UK). Additionally, she holds a certificate in federal taxation from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA.
With 17+ years of experience in direct taxation, transfer pricing, international taxation, and assurance, she has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, including international MNEs, Indian companies, and high-net-worth individuals. Over the years, she has worked in some of the complex industries, including steel, oil & gas, engineering, procurement and construction, renewable energy, power generation, power trading, manufacturing, medicine, metal and minerals, aviation, fast moving consumer goods, information technology, e-commerce, and apparel.
Richa specializes in handling personal and corporate tax matters related to jurisdictions in India, UK, UAE and US, which include expatriate tax planning, compliance, litigation, and advisory services. She has previously worked with a prestigious tax, transfer pricing, and international tax firm affiliated with World Tax Services in Germany. In her role, she assisted international clients with tax structuring, transfer pricing, and tax representation.
As an accomplished professional, Richa frequently authors articles on tax-related topics and serves as a regular speaker at professional forums. She is a member of the International Fiscal Association and executive member & treasurer of the Chamber of Tax Consultants (Delhi), further demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry developments and knowledge.
