We also represent our clients before various government departments like the Registrar of companies, Regional Director company law, Reserve Bank of India, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and its appellate tribunal (NCLAT), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Revenue authorities etc. We also provide assistance to clients in the adjudication of stamp duty on share/ debenture certificates.

FEMA and RBI Advisory & Compliance

Various international transactions involving Foreign Exchange requires compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). In certain cases this also involves seeking approval from various authorities before initiating a transaction. We assist our clients in; identifying such approvals and authorities from which it is to be obtained, facilitating investment by foreign individual/entity (FDI) in Indian entities, facilitating investment by Indian individual/entity in foreign entities (ODI), facilitating borrowings from abroad and various procedural requirements involved therein. We also provide consultancy services with respect to revocation of suspension and reinstatement of trading with the Stock Exchange and with respect to Takeover/Acquisition of listed company in compliance with SEBI Regulations.
